Although in fabulous shape, this listing required a little bit of TLC before it was showing ready. We cleared the home of all of the sellers remaining belongings, cleaned, and painted the main level in Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray. It's amazing what a difference an empty space and a few coats of paint can do for a listing. By keeping the color pallete neutral we are able to attract more interested buyers who can envision themselves in the home without any distractions. See below for the before and after photos.
